Location and searches
If you allow browser location access, Vibz uses the coordinates to sort events near you. You can deny that permission and search a city instead. A selected location may be saved in your browser so the site feels consistent when you return. We do not sell precise location information.
Search terms and general usage signals may be processed to operate, secure, and improve the site. Standard web logs can include an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and referring page.
Vibz uses temporary browser session storage to remember a selected city and avoid repeatedly asking for the same location during a visit. This information stays in the browser session and is not used to track you across unrelated websites.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages, event categories, and site features are useful. It can collect page views, device and browser details, general location derived by Google, referring pages, and actions such as opening an event or following an organizer link. NearbyVibz does not send precise browser coordinates or the words entered into event search to Google Analytics.
Analytics storage is disabled by default where European consent rules apply until an eligible visitor makes a choice. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our Analytics configuration. Google may process analytics data under its own privacy policy.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense or related Google advertising services. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize ads based on visits to this and other websites. Visitors can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings and can review broader industry opt-out choices at AboutAds.
Third-party ad vendors and networks may also use cookies where permitted. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google's certified consent platform presents choices before personalized advertising where consent is required. Visitors can consent, decline, or manage individual options.
Google provides a Privacy and cookie settings control to eligible visitors so they can revisit or withdraw an earlier choice. In supported US states, applicable opt-out and Global Privacy Control signals may also limit ad personalization or data processing.
Links and event providers
Vibz links to organizers, venues, ticket providers, maps, and other websites. Their privacy practices apply after you leave NearbyVibz. We do not receive your ticket payment details from those sites unless a separate service clearly says otherwise.
Messages, retention, and requests
If you email us, we use the message and contact information to respond, investigate a correction, or handle the request. We retain information only as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and site security.
